Yoga insights by Nancy
My yoga journey began at the YMCA. Following participating in only a few classes I was completely amazed how much better I felt immediately. Since then I have continued on a journey of learning how yoga can be incorporated into many daily activities and how beneficial it is just like a favorite " tool box .” Hatha yoga is the foundation shown in my teaching style, considering slower movements to understand alignment. As well taking the time to actually feel how the movements are noticed in the body while moving intentionally. Yoga assists all of the bodies systems to work more efficiently resulting in improved wellness and vitality. Self care is so important to be the best that we can be.

Thank you for taking the time for your self and your yoga practice.
