The Capilano Community League rents out its community hall for a variety of events. Our facility capacity is 80 people and boasts a full kitchen, coatroom, large deck and a wonderful view! Third party/ liability insurance is now required for ALL hall rentals.

MEMBERS RATES
- Monday - Thursday: $25/hour with a minimum 4 hour rate ($100)
- Friday - Sunday (individual days): $265/day
- Full Weekend Rates (Friday at noon until Sunday at 6pm): $365/weekend
NON MEMBERS RATES
- Monday - Thursday: $25/hour with a minimum 4 hour rate ($100)
- Friday - Sunday (individual days): $350/day
- Full Weekend Rates (Friday at noon until Sunday at 6pm): $500/weekend
* To qualify for the member rate, you must have a current Capilano Community League membership.
Deposits
All bookings require a non-refundable $50 rental deposit fee paid upon booking that will be applied towards the hall rental fee.
All bookings require a $300 damage deposit. This payment is preferable in a cheque to avoid making arrangements to return cash. We are unable to accept credit card for damage deposits at this time.
Capilano Community League is able to accept cash, cheque, credit or e-transfers for rental deposit fees and hall rental fees, but not damage deposits.
Note that e-transfers are preferred!
