This is a strength and cardio focused workout, everything can be adapted and modified, so every fitness level is welcome!

Tuesday classes at 6:45 p.m.
Thursday class at 6:45 p.m.
Dates: Current session runs January 9/11 – February 27/29, 2024
Cost: $93 one day a week (8 classes) / Drop-in rate is $13
