This is a strength and cardio focused workout, everything can be adapted and modified, so every fitness level is welcome!
Where: Outdoors, just to the north of the hall.
Days/Time: Tuesday class at 6:45 p.m., Thursday class at 6:45 p.m.
Dates: Session runs May 7/9 – June20/25, 2024.
Cost: Tuesday $95, Thursdays $85, Drop-in rate is $13.
