If you are looking for a class that focuses on getting your whole body stronger, then this is your class - no cardio. We will mainly use dumbbells, bands, and kettlebells, with a longer mobility focused warm up.
Days/Time: Tuesday class at 8 p.m., Thursday class at 8 p.m.
Dates: Sept 3/5- Oct 24/29 no class Oct 31 . It is outdoors just to the north of the hall and then we will move inside the hall.
Cost: $93 one day a week (7 classes) / Drop-in rate is $13
