This is a strength and cardio focused workout, everything can be adapted and modified, so every fitness level is welcome!
Where: Outdoors, just to the north of the hall.
Days/Time: Tuesday class at 6:45 p.m., Thursday class at 6:45 p.m.
Dates: Session runs September 3/5-October 24/29. No class October 31.
Cost: Tuesday $93, Thursdays $93, Drop-in rate is $13.
